Motorcycle Training Program - Experienced

Mission:

The Experienced Rider Course is not for beginning riders. Riders must have sufficient skills to comfortably ride their motorcycle prior to attempting this course.

 

Description:

The Experienced Rider Course is one-day class featuring advanced riding skills.  The course will include classroom discussion on balancing the mental and physical aspects of safe riding, managing risk, increasing visibility and optimizing lane position.  On the range you will practice intense riding skills including the techniques of managing traction, stopping quickly, cornering, and swerving.

Unique Requirements:

All participants are required to sign a release and waiver form prior to starting this course.

Motorcycles and helmets are supplied by the school for the training.  You may use a personal helmet but it must be DOT approved.

In addition, in order to take this course, participants must:

  • Possess a current motorcycle endorsement or permit;
  • Provide current proof of insurance for your bike; and
  • Submit the bike you will use in class to a safety inspection.
